Reason people fail despite all hardwork

Nobody on planet earth was born to be a failure and non wants to be a failure in any facet if life. Yet majority still fail despite their intense hardwork to make thing happen. Either academically,  financially, or any other. 

The simple and straight reason is such people lack adequate planning. They may claim to plan, but the plan is not adequate enough to deliver the desired results.

If you must be successful you must map out a successful plan that can deliver well. 

Plan a radar that guide a man on the part of greatness and success. 

However, no successful building structure is built without a good architectural plan,  else failure is inevitable,  so is the life of every man. 

When a plan you set out is not giving you a desired result, you don't sit with it that way and expect a magic. Visit the plan once again,  check if the current output match with the plan you set out to run with, and if it's not, you restructure.

Sometimes you may need the help of friends or elders that ate knowledgeable and ready-to-wear give out guides that will help you succeed. 

Conclusively, make a plan for yourself, if you don't have anyone at all,  also look back into your plan and check if there need to be a restructuring for a better result and not stressing out with no direction.
