My absence won't affect governance - Buhari

President Buhari spoke about his confidence in governance at his absence on Monday night while in London.

“As I noted earlier, I have absolute confidence that government will continue to run smoothly while I’m away. God bless the Federal Republic,”

However, power has been conferred on the vice president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to carryout government functional duties.

Mr. Femi Adesina disclosed that only the doctors can determine when the president will return back to the country. Still speaking he said, the president was scheduled to leave for London on Sunday afternoon but was delayed for the arrival of the 82 released Chibok girls to Abuja.

He also said the president has assured Nigerians. Of no cause for worey , but to remember him in their prayers to God.
