Gas Tanker Dangerously Leaking Along Lagos Expressway

A tanker reportedly carrying gas was spotted by a driver behind the tanker.
The tanker was on speed when the leak was discovered.  It content was spilling from a leak at the rear end of the tanker.

According the the person who captured the video of the leaking tanker,  it was a along Apapa expressway Lagos.
