Pastor Adeboye Offers Prayer For The Release Of Dapchi Christian Schoolgirls Still Held Captive By Boko Haram

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG)  general Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has prayed for the safe return of the held Sancho schoolgirl,  Leah Sharibu still in the custody of the Boko Haram sect.


The Boko Haram sect held Leah back among the abductee released on Wednesday because she would not renounce Christianity.

Pastor Adeboye via his official twitter handle prayed that God should "visit the camping the captors" and "in a way that You alone can,  see to the safe release and return of the missing girl Leah Sharibu, in Jesus name"

He added to his plea to God using the scriptures “Isaiah 49:25: But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.”

“Every kidnapper in this country by whatever name they are called, please set them on fire right now in the name of Jesus.”
