Female wearing trousers to church - Good or Bad

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God. (Deuteronomy  22:5)

Many times many have got this particular part of the gospel all wrong,  and that part is theode of Christian dressing. 

As a believer born again what can you say to this confusion in the body of Christ concerning dressing.

Some say it good and some say it's bad. But what can you say to this fact.
