The Nigeria Of My Dream
Nigeria, a beautiful country in the
West African part of Africa. She is fully endowed with diverse kinds of natural
resources, ranging from coal in Enugu state, Tin in Jos, plateau state, iron
ore in Ajaokuta, kogi state and others....
However, despite this endowment
that God has blessed her with, she is still living in poverty instead of
abundance.
Every
average Nigerian has a dream of greatness for Nigeria, because no matter the
country we nationalize ourselves to, in the eyes of the creator we are still
Nigerians claiming the citizenship of another.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria that will stand tall among other country, both economically and
otherwise.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria that will be safe and secured from insecurity and diverse kinds of
killing or lose of properties, thereby letting her citizen to walk freely
without fears and sleep with their both eyes closed.
The
Nigeria of my dream is that Nigeria that will have steady power supply, thereby
increasing the productivity of production and encouraging investors, which will
greatly increase us economically.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria where the health sector is fully equipped with all necessary equipment
for the saving of lives, thereby saving the cost of travelling outside the
country for treatment both for ordinary citizens and leaders.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria that will have good transport system for her citizens. Good roads for
movement of heavy vehicles. As well as quality railway station.
The
Nigeria of my dream is that Nigeria where leaders will intentionally and
consciously reject every form of embezzlement and other corrupt practices, both secretly and publicly.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria where both leaders and citizens will respect and obey the rule of law
without being forces to keep it.
The Nigeria of my dream is that
Nigeria where leaders have respect for the citizens that votes them into power,
and not using them for political gain.
The
Nigeria of my dream is that Nigeria where those that are stricken in age will
voluntarily retires to the younger generation to lead yet guiding them through
in leadership and not initiating them with corrupt practices.
And many much more.
God
Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria
